1.Agreement and contracting entity
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Infinblock Inc, a Company Limited by Shares registered in Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis, United Arab Emirates. Its registered address is RAK Digital Assets Oasis, Post Box #30099, RAKBANK Headquarters, Government of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
By checking the Terms and Privacy notice during onboarding, creating an account, or accessing or using Dapping, you agree to these Terms. If you use Dapping for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. You may not use Dapping if applicable law prohibits you from receiving or using the service.
You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your location, profession, organization, content, opportunities, wallets, tokens, and transactions.
3.Accounts and authentication
You must provide accurate account information, maintain control of your authentication methods, and keep recovery methods secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Dapping uses supported third-party authentication and wallet providers. Their services and recovery processes are governed by their own terms. Dapping cannot recover an external email account, social account, wallet, private key, seed phrase, or blockchain transaction.
Do not transfer, sell, rent, or share access to an account in a way that misrepresents identity or authority.
4.Wallets and blockchain activity
Dapping is non-custodial. Connecting or authenticating a wallet does not give Dapping custody of your assets or private keys. You control wallet signatures, approvals, transfers, and transactions.
Blockchain actions may be public, irreversible, and subject to network fees, smart-contract behavior, third-party interfaces, and laws outside Dapping's control. You must review every prompt and destination before acting.
You use blockchain networks, digital assets, and smart contracts at your own risk. You understand and accept the risks of protocol changes, network congestion or failure, smart-contract defects or exploits, market volatility, lost or compromised keys, and the possible total loss of digital-asset value. Dapping owes you no fiduciary duty and does not act as your agent, adviser, or trustee in any blockchain activity.
5.Your content and license to Dapping
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights held by others. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish it.
You grant Dapping a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and make your content available as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service. This license includes creating previews, search results, social cards, and accessibility adaptations. It ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except where continued processing is reasonably required for backups, legal obligations, safety, dispute records, or content shared by others.
You may not upload confidential information, credentials, malicious code, unlawful content, or personal information you are not authorized to disclose.
6.Profiles, companies, and listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of profiles, roles, company hubs, dApps, opportunities, events, reviews, recommendations, endorsements, and other submissions you create or manage.
A company role or publishing permission authorizes actions within Dapping only. It does not establish employment, legal agency, ownership, partnership, or authority outside the platform.
Opportunity publishers are responsible for lawful and accurate eligibility, compensation, rewards, deadlines, locations, application destinations, and required disclosures. Dapping is not the employer, recruiter, grantor, event organizer, contracting party, or payment intermediary unless a page expressly states otherwise.
7.Community rules
The Community Guidelines are part of these Terms. You must not impersonate, deceive, scam, harass, manipulate engagement, infringe rights, publish unlawful material, bypass controls, disrupt the service, or access accounts or information without authorization.
You must not use automated means to scrape protected information, create misleading activity, evade restrictions, or place unreasonable load on the service without written permission.
8.Sponsored content
Dapping may display paid placements marked as sponsored. Sponsorship does not purchase verification, guarantee ranking outside the labeled placement, or mean Dapping endorses the advertiser, product, token, company, or opportunity.
Advertisers and publishers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and destination of sponsored material.
9.Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Some Dapping features are available under paid plans. Fees, billing periods, and included features are presented at the time of purchase or in a written order agreed with Dapping. You authorize Dapping and its payment providers to charge the applicable fees using the payment method you provide, and you are responsible for keeping billing information accurate.
Unless a plan or order states otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The agreed price does not change during a billing term, and a renewal price change is communicated with advance notice before it applies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, fees are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not refunded or credited, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing. Payments made in USDC or another supported digital asset are final once confirmed on the relevant network and cannot be reversed by Dapping.
Fees exclude taxes, duties, and network or transaction charges, which are your responsibility, other than taxes on Dapping's income. If a payment fails or an invoice remains unpaid, Dapping may downgrade or suspend paid features after reasonable notice. Ending a paid plan removes paid surfaces only; your account, hub, posts, team, and verification state remain.
10.Third-party services and destinations
Dapping may link to websites, application forms, wallets, social platforms, blockchain explorers, data sources, and other services operated by third parties. Dapping does not control their availability, security, content, privacy practices, contracts, or transactions.
A link, integration, badge, verification state, match, comparison, or public data point is not an endorsement. Review the third party's identity, domain, terms, privacy practices, and transaction details before proceeding.
11.Intellectual property and takedown requests
Dapping, its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to Infinblock Inc and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you.
If you believe content on Dapping infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, email [email protected] with: identification of the protected work or right, the URL of the material you are reporting, your name and contact information, your relationship to the right, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, the law, or a license, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
Dapping may remove or restrict reported material, notify the user who published it, and give that user an opportunity to respond. A user who believes material was removed by mistake or misidentification may send a counter-notice to the same address identifying the material and its prior location, explaining why the removal was mistaken, and providing contact information. Dapping may restore material when a counter-notice reasonably establishes the right to publish it and applicable law permits.
Dapping may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers and may decline notices that are incomplete, abusive, or sent in bad faith. Knowingly sending a false infringement notice can create legal liability for the sender.
12.Moderation, suspension, and termination
Dapping may investigate, label, limit, remove, or preserve content and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, comply with law, address risk, or respond to a valid request.
We may act without advance notice when delay could increase harm or frustrate enforcement. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or a way to request review. We do not guarantee that every report will result in removal or disclose private evidence and internal abuse signals.
You may stop using Dapping and request account deletion through available settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including ownership, licenses already relied upon, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms.
13.Service changes and availability
Dapping may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may correct content or data. We aim to communicate material changes when reasonably practical, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.
Public data, third-party services, blockchain networks, and listings may be delayed, incomplete, stale, unavailable, or changed without notice.
14.Feedback
If you submit product ideas or feedback, you allow Dapping to use, adapt, and implement them without restriction or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of unrelated content or confidential information, and you should not submit feedback you are not authorized to share.
15.Platform disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dapping is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Infinblock Inc disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Dapping provides professional and ecosystem discovery, not financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, employment, immigration, recruitment, cybersecurity, or smart-contract-audit advice. It is not an exchange, broker, custodian, payment provider, investment adviser, recruitment agency, token-rating service, or security auditor.
No profile, verification, Karma score, match, review, recommendation, listing, ranking, token detail, contract detail, or on-chain metric guarantees identity, safety, legitimacy, eligibility, selection, compensation, performance, ownership, revenue, or investment outcome.
16.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinblock Inc and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, assets, or business interruption arising from or related to Dapping.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, their total liability for all claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Dapping during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
17.Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infinblock Inc and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your misuse of Dapping, your violation of these Terms or law, or your infringement of another person's rights.
18.Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before starting formal proceedings, send a description of the dispute to [email protected]. You and Dapping will attempt in good faith to resolve it informally within 30 days of that notice. Most concerns can be resolved this way.
If a dispute is not resolved informally, it will be finally settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre by one arbitrator appointed under those rules. The seat of arbitration is Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the language is English, and the proceedings are confidential. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and Dapping each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or member of a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding, and each waive any right to a jury trial. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.
This section does not prevent either party from bringing an individual claim in a small-claims court with jurisdiction, seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a competent court to protect intellectual property or the security of the service, or exercising mandatory consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
If the agreement to arbitrate or the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will be decided exclusively by the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, and the rest of this section remains in effect.
19.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, safety, or operational changes. The page will show the effective and last-updated dates. When a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or another appropriate channel.
Continuing to use Dapping after updated Terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the service and close your account.
20.General terms
These Terms, the Community Guidelines, the Privacy Notice, the Cookie Policy, and any plan or order terms you accept form the entire agreement between you and Infinblock Inc about the service and replace earlier discussions on the same subject.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions stay in full effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without prior written consent from Dapping. Infinblock Inc may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, blockchain network disruptions, or acts of government. Payment obligations already incurred are not excused.
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Dapping, and they do not create rights for any third party.
You represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions and are not named on a sanctions or restricted-party list maintained by the United Arab Emirates, the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, or the United Kingdom. You agree to comply with the export-control and sanctions laws that apply to your use of Dapping.
Dapping may provide notices through the service, to the contact details connected to your account, or by posting updates on this page. Electronic notices and records satisfy any requirement that a communication be in writing.
