What money does not buy

In an industry built around transparency and verification, professional trust is still mostly self-reported. That is backwards, and it is the reason these stay out of reach of a card on every plan. A ranking you can buy is a ranking nobody can cite, including you.

Every ad is labelled as sponsored and carries the advertiser’s name. Ads sit beside the results, never inside them: nothing you spend here moves a company, a project or a person in search, in Radar or in the Tracker.

Questions

Which plan do we need?

Company if you're hiring, or looking for partners and projects across Web3. Ecosystem if other teams build on top of what you run, and you need to show who they are and what they shipped. Company buys reach across the graph. Ecosystem buys depth on your own slice of it.

Why are there no prices here?

Both paid plans are scoped to what you actually need, so we quote per company. You get the number on the first call, before any demo. We'd rather do that than publish a figure that's wrong for most people who read it.

Will our price change later?

Not during a term. The number we agree is the number until renewal, and a renewal figure arrives with notice, not as a surprise on an invoice.

What does this replace?

Mostly manual verification work. Checking whether a candidate's claims are real, working out which projects on your chain are still alive, and chasing what happened after a grant. We're early and we say so, but the graph is doing that checking continuously rather than one candidate at a time.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Every plan has unlimited team members. Most hiring tools charge per recruiter. We'd rather your whole team is on your company hub, because that's what makes the hub worth looking at.

Can anyone claim to be in our ecosystem?

Yes, deliberately. Every connection carries an evidence grade, from self reported through to attested by you, and you can filter to verified only. A closed directory tells you who asked permission. An open, graded one tells you who's actually there.

What does verification actually verify, and who does it?

That someone other than the person made the claim. Work history is confirmed by the company it happened at, and technical evidence is graded on whether a third party validated it, like a pull request merged into a repository the builder does not own. Self-reported activity still shows, but it is labelled as self-reported, never as proof.

Can we pay for better placement or a higher Karma Score?

No, and that's the point. Karma, verification and rank stay out of reach of a card on every plan. Featured placement exists, is time-boxed, and is visually set apart from organic results.

How do we pay, and what happens if we stop?

Card, bank invoice, or USDC. Company bills annual or monthly; Ecosystem is annual. If you stop, your hub, posts, team and verification stay. You lose the paid surfaces, not your presence.

Purchases and renewals are governed by the Terms of Service.
