  • The count is the upvotes on the project's current launch, so a relaunch starts again from zero.
  • Ties go to the project with more upvotes from verified builders, then to the one that reached its total first.
  • A project needs at least one upvote to hold a position. The order moves as votes arrive and awards no medals.
