What it is
AlgoBharat's regional hackathon programme, run with Web3 communities, colleges and developer groups across India. Algorand sponsors each regional event and supplies the blockchain track, along with mentorship access, learning resources and ecosystem visibility.
The track
Every Algorand-sponsored hackathon in the programme runs a single focused track: Agentic Payments (x402). Participants build real-world applications where AI agents, applications, APIs and services transact autonomously using x402 micropayments on Algorand.
Judging
x402 implementation is mandatory. Beyond that, projects are assessed on innovation and creativity, technical merit, potential for impact, learning and collaboration, presentation and demo, and proof of transactions on TestNet or MainNet.

An x402 starter repository is published to get you moving, and submissions run through to the end of 2026.
