Growth Grants are an Optimism Collective Retro Funding mission on OP Atlas, distributing up to 3.89 million OP in Season 9 to teams that have already built and shipped an app on the Superchain. Like the rest of Retro Funding, the model is retroactive: you apply after the work exists, impact is assessed on what the app actually did, and awards arrive as one-time OP token grants with no vesting or milestone obligations attached.
