What is Bounty?
A bounty is a scoped, paid task published by a project and open to anyone who delivers it. Payment follows accepted work, so no interview or long-term commitment is required.
In practice
Bounties are the shortest route from unknown contributor to paid, verifiable work. Completed ones are also portfolio evidence: they name the funder, the deliverable, and the amount. Builders often use a few bounties to earn the context that leads to contract or full-time work.
