What it is
The Orange Fellowship is Orange DAO's twelve week company-building programme for crypto founders. It is hybrid: the first two weeks and the last two weeks are in person, with the weeks between run over Zoom.
What you get
- A 100,000 USD uncapped MFN SAFE investment, with a 2 percent advisory and programme fee under a separate agreement. There is no additional equity dilution beyond the SAFE terms.
- Access to the Orange DAO founder community, roughly 1,500 venture-backed entrepreneurs.
- A Demo Day pitch.
Who it's for
Companies from the ideation phase through to pre-Series A. Solo founders are accepted. Founders from anywhere except US-sanctioned countries.
How to apply
Through the application form on the Orange DAO site. One founder must attend the in-person sessions and pitch at Demo Day, and sign the SAFE and participation agreement.
